Spoon Patisserie “Cakes of Distinction for Cafes & Foodservice”, you will be joining an exciting and skilled team with ever growing ambitions to become the culinary leader in Patisserie for Wholesale & Retail Markets. Based in Eagle Farm.
Full training on systems and processes will be provided.
The role requires you to work in our well-equipped kitchen for the majority of your working day, in a team of 15 to 20 team members. We have a big focus on helping to mentor and supervise our apprentices and stimulating their development and achieving the targets set for them.
What do we need from you?
Pastry Chefs Qualified
- A good understanding of Haccp
- Knowledge of compliance OHS standards and safety
- A minimum of 1-3 years experience qualified Pastry Chef
- Ability to continually improve products and production processes
- Ability to multi-task
- A desire to grow your skills & abilities.
Bakers Assistants Position Requirements
- Basic bakery experience and or knowledge
- Previous fast food experience highly regarded
- Passion & love of food
