One of the biggest parts of this venue is the TFH Cellarbrations SuperStore, catering for the wider community.
We are seeking a skilled and passionate person to join the TFH team as Assistant Bottleshop Manager.
The Position - Assistant Bottleshop Manager (2IC):
This person will be well-versed in the following:
- Managing casual employees
- Managing the store in the absence of the Bottleshop Manager
- Opening, closing and operating the store in line with posted hours
- Assisting the Bottleshop Manager to maximise sales, and profitability and highlight opportunities for growth
- Develop client relationships that will have a direct impact on sales growth
- Assist with smart ordering procedures, sourcing products from correct suppliers, assuring stock rotation
- Maintaining a high level of store presentation: this includes cleaning the store, stocktake, dusting shelves and replenishing fridges, cool rooms and displays
- Stock management including the administration of promotions, stocktakes and store orders for stock replenishments.
- Cash/float handling as needed and directed by the Bottleshop Manager
- Working with the on-premise management team in any way possible to ensure the guest has the best experience
About you:
- Current RSA Certification
- Experience in liquor retail sales 3 years or more
- Solid customer service skills adapting to fast drive-thru service and casual browsing assistance
- A strong understanding and execution of RSA
- A strong understanding of workplace health and safety, including working in busy drive-thru and working around forklifts.
- Previous experience in managing casual staff around rostered shifts
- Good POS understanding and strong computer skills
- Be able to work unsupervised and show initiative
- Must have current Approved Manager card WA Liquor control Act 1988
- Forklift licence (preferred)
- Current WA Police Clearance (preferred)
