We are on the lookout for a part-time Therapy Assistant (known internally as Personal Care Worker-Therapy) to join our team at Braemar Cooinda Aged Care Home in Willagee.
Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will work closely with our residents to improve their quality of life by undertaking group and individual interventions as per their individualised care plans.
You will possess highly developed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills, a demonstrated ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team and make meaningful connections with our residents and their families.
Now... to ensure our staff and residents at Braemar Cooinda Aged Care Home get to experience your brilliance, it is essential you possess:
- Cert III in Allied Health Assistance (or similar)
- Some experience with Dementia specific clients/residents.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- evidence of Influenza vaccination, and
- full working rights in Australia.
