The Assistant Brand Manager is a pivotal role within our Brand Marketing team. In this role you will find yourself at the epicentre of fast-moving projects across a variety of product categories. You will strive to ensure we continue to produce amazing food for all occasions that is accessible to all Australians.
The Assistant Brand Manager is responsible for executing and optimising marketing projects, activities and campaigns, while supporting the delivery of strong business and brand health results with a clear line of sight to deliver value for our customers through product development, key events and marketing activities.

What you'll do
Support the Brand Planning process, including strategy, development and execution of the brand plans and the Marketing 6Ps
Put yourself in the shoes of our customers to identify key target segments for your brand
Play a key role in activating and executing the marketing calendar, including but not limited to seasonal and brand campaigns
Execution of key elements of the ATL and BTL integrated (including shoots, etc) campaigns with strong measurement plans that deliver incremental sales and positive ROI
Review and analyse the sales and brand dashboards to make key assessments on brand performance Be a key voice in your team, leading briefs and the development of tactical brand communications
What you'll bring
2+ years marketing experience at a Tier 1 FMCG/ Retail organisation and tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or Commerce
Previous experience in ATL and BTL campaigns
Exposure to the Brand Development process from insight and strategy to execution
Ability to navigate a complex and multi-faceted product development environment
Strong communication skills and ability to manage a large network of stakeholders with confidence
