We seek a diligent and detail-oriented Junior Brand Manager to join our dynamic and fast-growing brand team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage the full brand plans of Neurio.

• Sales Activation.
  • Manage Trade Activation plans for Neurio, and ensure every activation is developed and executed from concept to execution.
  • Develop promotion deals according to the up-to-date market situation.
  • Develop online/offline campaigns with sales channels and monitor ROl (Return on Investment)
  • Push sales with sales channels
• External Agencies Communication.
  • Review and discuss with local media agencies about the marketing investment.
  • Review seeding articles and advertisements/banner design.
  • Discuss the quarterly investment plans and review the post-investment report.
• Marketing.
  • Develop marketing plans for brands and channels according to the budget approved by the board.
  • Allocate marketing investment in the different sections and review the ROI (Return On Investment) 
  • Monitor the ROl of channel marketing and related to sales volume.
• Supply Chain Management.
  • Develop sales forecasts and adjust according to the market situation.
  • Arrange raw and packaging materials with suppliers to maintain a healthy inventory and cash flow.
  • Develop a 3-6 month production plan and closely monitor the market situation

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Fluency in English and Chinese.
• Knowledge of e-commerce, Marketing, and sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Competence in the use of Microsoft Office software.
