This candidate with have opportunities to work across a vast scope of projects, from residential, mid and high-rise, to education, medical and government facilities. You will work within a small team with direct mentoring and real pathways for development and training.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience in small-scale commercial projects highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office, OneNote, Excel, and file management.
- Demonstrated desire for continuous learning an development.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
- Proactive approach to task completion.
- Commitment to achieving personal and business goals while ensuring quality.
- Ability to be adaptable and establish efficient work practices.
- Completed degree in Building Surveying or equivalent.
- 5+ years experience in a similar role working on residential and commercial projects in Victoria.
- Working knowledge of the regulatory framework for Victoria as set out by the BCA.
