Work under an experienced BDM on the Northern Beaches, you will be trained on how to source leads, pitch for business & manage the leasing process.

What will you be doing in this role:

Working under a highly experienced Business Development Manager, this role will see you learn from the very best so that in 6-12 months time you are able to step out and become your own BDM or progress into the sales team. You will be trained on how to source leads, pitch for business, and manage the leasing process.
  • Qualify and source leads.
  • Network in the community.
  • Attend photo and video shoots.
  • Proactively build your social profile and brand.
  • Prepare proposals for prospective clients.
  • Appraise properties, review property safety compliance.
  • Arrange collection of keys and any maintenance work.
  • Carry out leasing and screening of tenants.
  • Manage pipeline of potential Landlords.
  • Attend sales opens and work with the sales team to gain leads.
  • Attend weekly Sales and Property Management meetings.
  • Nurture pipeline clients in the database.
What will the right candidate have for this job:
  • Certificate of registration.
  • Drivers License and car.
  • 6 months previous experience in Real Estate.
  • Strong knowledge of the Northern Beaches and local amenities.
  • Flexibility to work Saturdays.
  • Confident talking to clients over the phone and face to face.
  • Team player and willing to be trained and mentored.
