About The Role:
With our client growing their brand within WA, they are in need of an assistant manager to assist in the management of their flagship cafe. You will oversee a team of 15 - 20 direct reports over Front of House and Back of House operations with the support of the Cafe Manager. You will oversee the day to day running of the business as well as management tasks such as rostering, stocktakes as well as staff training and performance management.

- Previous experience as an assistant manager or supervisor
- Financial acumen fitting of an Assistant Manager with knowledge of labour, stock control and sales.

- Incredible eye for detail and presentation standards
