Job description
Key responsibilities of the role:- Undertake file management under guidance and supervision, taking action on files to assist the decision makers.- Provide information to parties on processes relevant to the application, ensuring the file is progressed in accordance with QCAT procedures.- Prepare relevant correspondence and documents.- Provide accurate and timely administrative support to other registry officers.- Participate in developing QCAT initiatives to support the achievement of the QCAT business excellence.- Undertake other tasks and duties as required to assist in or support the delivery of services within QCAT.
