Your Team:
The purpose of the Merchandise team is to manage the execution of selected product ranges from an omni-channel perspective. This involves working collaboratively with a multitude of internal and external stakeholders to achieve both financial and non-financial key business objectives.
Your Role:
This is a great opportunity to join our Merchandise team as an Assistant Category Manager - Licensed, based out of our support office in Rhodes. Your role is to support the Category Manager to maximise commercial outcomes in line with the category and business unit strategic directions through the alignment of range offering with trade partners, customers and the market.
Day to day you will be responsible for:
- Assist in development of product ranges in order to achieve agreed financial KPI's for the category
- Support in the effective product and range management across the category
- Work collaboratively with marketing, online and VM teams to deliver engaging and successful campaigns in store and online
- Ensure category performance is compliant and aligned to regulations
- Effectively communicate with key internal & external stakeholders
- Assist in product quality and data output in line with customer expectations
- A passion for all things sport, particularly Licensed merchandise
- Understanding of Inventory management and rebel systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced category and manage promotional planning and implementation
- The ability to engage, build lasting relationships and influence key stakeholders to drive successful outcomes
- Experience in Excel, SAP would be advantageous
