Embark on a rewarding journey as an Assistant Centre Manager at Nino ELA Malvern, where you will:
- Work alongside the Centre Manager to ensure the centre’s effectiveness in promoting the health, well-being, and holistic development of children and staff, creating enriching educational opportunities.
- Help lead and inspire the team by mentorship and guiding our staff, fostering educational growth while embracing diversity and a supportive culture.
- Drive the implementation of programs and partnerships to enrich Early Years Learning Plans in alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework.
A compassionate and inspiring member of Nino ELA will have:
- Previous experience working in the Early Learning sector as a Room Leader, Educational Leader and 3IC/2IC.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor staff effectively.
- Proficiency in educational programming within the Early Years Framework, including resource development.
- Skilled in staff rostering and management.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft packages, and familiarity with systems like QIKKIDS and Time Target.
- Experience in recruitment activities is a bonus.
