Peacock Settlements is a well established firm in WA's Conveyancing community and is looking for the next superstar to join our friendly team.
As a Conveyancing Assistant you role is to provide assistance to our Conveyancer and Licensee with various admin and conveyancing tasks to ensure a smooth settlements process. Your responsibilities will include
DUTIES
- Data Entry
- Customer Service
- Document Preparation
- General Admin duties
- Relief Receptionist Duties (when required)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience within a Conveyancing/ Settlement firm (highly desirable but we are more than willing to train the right applicant)
- Alternatively at least one years experience in an office environment
- High attention to detail
- Proven communication skills
- Team Player
- Professional Manner
- Current Drivers License
