Bank of China is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Assistant Manager to join our Personal Banking Line Managment team in Sydney.
This is a One Year maternity replacement role.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage deposit products related issues, propose product feature changes and maintain product documents and policies
- Analyse and interpret data from a number of sources, prepare the monthly reports regarding to the retail business operation
- Adjust streamline procedures for better customer experience and risk management requirements
- Provide support and trainings to relevant branches regarding products and policies.
Candidates should ideally:
- Possess appropriate tertiary qualifications in accounting, commerce or finance;
- Have strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese;
- Good data analysis and report writing skills;
- Previous retail banking experience within financial service is highly appreciated.
