We are based in Brisbane and are currently accepting applications for an Assistant Data and Systems Administrator to join our Point of Sales team. As the Assistant Data and Systems Administrator, you will assist in the coordinatio and troubleshooting our software systems. Key Responsibilities will include:
• Perform operational establishment and preventive maintenance of backups, recovery procedures, and enforcing security and integrity controls.
• Test database systems and upgrades, debugging and resolving all identifies problems.
• Co-ordinate with service providers and external technical team for analysing, recommending, installing, and maintaining client friendly software applications.
• Troubleshoot and provide service support in diagnosing, resolving and repairing hardware and software malfunctions, including workstations and communication infrastructures.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, instructions, and detailing operational procedures and system logs.
• Design and maintain database architecture and data structures to ensure that accuracy and completeness of all data master files.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, policies and instructions, and recording and detailing operational procedures and system logs.
• Accept responsibility for the processes, procedures and operational management associated with system security.
• Identify issues and complaints reported by clients and resolve user friendly access to multiple CMS platforms.
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 2 years work experience
• Bachelor degree or higher qualification
• The ability to work under pressure whilst executing precise time management skills involving planning, prioritising and delegating
• Flexibility and availability to work across a rotating roster
Annual income for standard 38 hour week excluding superannuation is $70,000 - $80,000 per annum commensurate with industry rate, skills and experience.
