About The Role:
Assistant Director Lease Management leads the procurement and management of the government office accommodation leasing portfolio, including strategic oversight of key lease procurement activities. This involves high-level of stakeholder engagement and consultation, overseeing a wide range of leasing projects.
This is a unique opportunity to influence and shape the workplace across the State government’s office accommodation portfolio through effective collaboration across government agencies, project teams and other stakeholders. The Lease Management team works in an exciting, fast paced environment and you will lead the delivery of innovative office accommodation solutions throughout Western Australia.
About You:
The Lease Management team is seeking a dynamic individual, who possesses significant leadership experience to inspire a team and deliver on various activities.
You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to develop and sustain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You will achieve quality outcomes, through exemplifying Finance’s values and adopting a constructive, facilitative leadership style.
