Our Client, and independent Federally funded organisation is seeking experienced Assistant Directors to join their team in early May 2024.
Role A EL1 Assistant Director Workforce IAM
Duties:
- Assist in defining the strategic vision and roadmap for workforce identity and access management (IAM) initiatives, aligning with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute IAM projects and strategic vision, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project objectives.
- Provide oversight and governance for IAM solutions, monitoring performance, compliance, and risk factors.
Role B EL1 Assistant Director Customer Identity Access Management
Duties:
- Executing the strategic vision and roadmap provided by the Architecture Team for CIAM, aligning with agency goals and industry best practices.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute CIAM projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project objectives.
- Provide oversight and governance for the CIAM solution, monitoring performance, compliance, and risk factors.
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience in leadership roles, with a focus on identity and access management or related disciplines.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale initiatives to successful outcomes.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to IAM or CIAM and identity governance.
- ROLE A ONLYAbility to analyse complex issues, identify solutions, and make informed decisions to drive IAM strategy forward.
- ROLE B ONLYExperience in any CIAM products such as Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping, and Akamai, or equivalent.
