Redcape Hotel Group is seeking a passionate & committed customer centric hospitality professional to join our Leadership Team at Lakeview Hotel Motel. You would assist the Venue Manager & the collective Venue Team to successfully run the Hotel's operations in a hands-on role that includes both FOH and BOH duties.

Duties and Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to support the Venue Manager with the day-to-day business operations. The key responsibilities for this role will include:
- Leading a variety of internal teams as we strive to offer outstanding customer experiences.
- Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
- Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
- Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Hotel's operating hours.

- Experience in the same or similar role is preferred but is not a mandatory requirement
