Redcape Hotel Group is seeking a passionate & committed customer centric hospitality professional to join our Leadership Team at O'Donoghues. You will assist the Venue Manager to successfully run the business' operations in a hands-on role that includes FOH and BOH duties.

Expectations, Duties and Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to support the Venue Manager with the day-to-day and long term business operations. The key responsibilities for this role will include:
- Leading a variety of internal teams that may consist of bar, food & gaming staff, as we strive to offer outstanding customer experiences.
- Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
- Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
- Possess full availability that will suit a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays within our Hotel's operating hours.

- Experience with entertainment & high volume beverage operations would be an advantage.
