Assistant Educator & Lead Educator

Randstad Education are working with our client who are a vibrant and nurturing early childhood education service located in the heart of Ballan, committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for children. With a capacity for 50 places, we take pride in fostering the growth and development of each child through a holistic and child-centred approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Permanent Part Time - 37.5 hours per week
• Monday - Friday
• Room: Nursery room
• Create and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Develop strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Observe and assess children's development, providing constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Certificate 3 & Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care or equivalent.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Food handlers certificate
