About the Role
As an Assistant Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in addressing the Client's backlog of unallocated timesheets that require detailed analysis and reconciliation. The ideal candidate will be adept at financial analysis and will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial record
- Review, investigate, and reconcile timesheet data.
- Analyse financial information from both Excel spreadsheets and handwritten correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with staff to ensure accuracy of information.
- Demonstrate strong time management practices.
- Contribute to a small team environment to achieve common goals.
- Extensive experience in local government financial management.
- Proficiency in using the Technology One platform.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Strong financial background and experience in financial analysis.
