Job Title:Assistant Insights Advisor

• Salary: $550 per day excluding super
• Location: McKell building - Sydney CBD
• Start Date: Immediate
• End Date: June 30th, 2024
• Police Check: Yes

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and executing CX and insights programs.
• Support Customer Insights Manager in project management.
• Utilize data for actionable recommendations.
• Manage ad-hoc qualitative and quantitative research.
• Drive sector capability improvements in using customer insights.

Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years in customer research or insights roles.
• Proficiency in market research, CX, and VoC programs.
• Strong quantitative research skills; qualitative experience beneficial.
• Effective project and deadline management.
• Proficient in data analysis, report writing, and presenting insights.
• Experience in questionnaire design, Microsoft Suite, and Q Research Software essential.
• Current or willing to obtain Working With Children Check (WWCC).
