The Seven Stars Hotel is looking for an Assistant Manager with the necessary skills and experience to excel in a busy food-focussed venue.
Working alongside the publican, the successful applicant will lead our front-of-house team, and will be expected to work in and oversee management of the pub during operational hours. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will work with the publican to develop and grow the business in all areas.
The position is a hands-on role and will be attractive to those who enjoy providing a premium level of customer service, while efficiently managing a close-knit team. The applicant will be expected to lead by example in order to maximise staff performance and customer experience.
Similar management experience will be a strong advantage, and current RSA and Gaming qualifications are required.
Once through a three month casually-paid probationary period, this position is a full-time salaried position with 40hours worked Tuesday - Saturday (Negotiable).
Salary is negotiable dependent on the applicants experience in a similar role.
