- You are a Assistant Manager with great mentoring and coaching skills and the ability to inspire their team.
- You have 1 + years Retail Management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- You are passionate about all things KIDDIES with great visual merchandising and styling skills.
- You are ambitious to accelerate your career and take on your next challenge
- You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- You are passionate about delivering AMAZING customer experiences

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES….
- Drive sales result to smash budgets and targets- take your store to the next level!
- Coach and develop a high-performing team and ensure they have the tools and motivation to achieve their goals
- Assist with recruitment, on-boarding and training of new team members
- Ensure store operations and retail standards are implemented and maintained
- Manage stock deliveries and merchandising the store
- Complete monthly rosters and ensure they are costed within hours budget
