You'll be working for a locally owned, family business who prides themselves on their quality of service, and delicious pizzas. Bubba Pizza Mount Barker is a fun, flexible and fast paced environment that requires staff who have the ability to multitask and think on their feet!

The applicant must also have the ability to direct jobs and responsibilities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyse and compile data, make judgements and decisions. 

Job Requirements

You will be responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes cost controls, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. 

In addition: Staffing, paperwork, cost control, food management, work to a schedule, perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing and profitability.  

General Duties

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ordering and receiving.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area and cool room/refrigerator.
• Food preparation.
• Pizza making.
• Cutting and serving pizzas, fried food and desserts. 
• Receive and process telephone orders. 
• Clean equipment and facility daily. 
• Oversee current casual staff.
• Open/close store procedures. 
• Dough making and rolling. 
• Pizza delivery when/if required.

Essential Functions/Skills

• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated area.
• Basic monetary skills, for example, counting and giving correct change (calculator available).  

Training

Orientation and training provided on the job.

Requires

• Valid driver's license. 
• Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
