Job Opportunity: Assistant Manager for Iconic Australian Fashion Brand

We're seeking an Assistant Manager for our Burnside location, committed to our Client's values and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Work in a supportive team environment with a roster from Sunday to Thursday, including late nights. Salary $64K + Super, staff discount, and $3000 product allowance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring high service standards and sales performance.
- Drive a culture of sustainability, diversity, and excellence in customer service.
- Support the team in product knowledge and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
- Maintain store presentation and uphold brand standards.
Requirements:
- Previous retail management experience, preferably in fashion retail.
- Passion for quality products and sustainability.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
