As an Assistant manager, elevate the customers expectations and develop the team through coaching and training opportunities, managing inventory and rostering to meet K.P.I.
You will have accountability for all quality control regarding procedures and performance of the business.
We appreciate experience comes in all different shapes and sizes. You will need to have;
Experience leading a team within a busy, fast paced environment.
Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
Exceptional communication skills.
Have a up to date working with children's check.
Drivers license
Computer skills.
Prior experience with achieving K.P.I's, rostering, administration work and dealing with customer complaints and resolution.
