Assistant Manager - CBD - $82k + super

Seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee all BOH operations at a fast paced, premium, delicious, quick service restaurant in the CBD!

We are seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on leader who is passionate about process and product quality, loves managing inventory and food preparation, and thrives in a great team culture. In this role, you'll have the freedom to play your music, work in a fast-paced environment, and be rewarded with a competitive salary and ample room for growth. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring an effective and efficient back-of-house operation.

Responsibilities:

• Managing inventory levels and placing orders
• Preparing meals according to standards
• Supervising kitchen staff to ensure product quality
• Assisting with budgeting and food cost analysis
• Upholding kitchen cleanliness and presentation
• Ensuring a safe and healthy workplace
• Handling kitchen opening and closing duties
