You'll support the team in achieving sales targets, delivering excellent customer experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Coach and motivate team members to achieve individual and store targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns
- Assist in inventory management and stock control processes
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for driving sales and improving performance
- Salary Range: $58,000 - $63,000
- Monthly bonus scheme based on KPI achievement
