What will you be doing?
- Co-management of claims team
- Assisting the Claims Manager with workflow co-ordination and reporting
- Act as a secondary point of escalation for declinatures, disputes, complaints, IDR matters and AFCA cases
- Manage a select portfolio of claims from lodgement to completion
- Ensuring customer service standards are met
- Ensuring all activities are compliant within industry time frames
- Identify issues/improvements where necessary
What do you need?
- High level of customer service and communication
- Must possess Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills along with Administrative skills.
- Eagerness to learn and progress within the insurance industry
- A strong understanding of the claims process
- At least 5 years claims experience
- 1 year of management/team lead experience preferred.
