Key Responsibilities & Skills:

- Assist in the development and execution of strategies to enhance the boutique's reputation and revenue.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Meticulously manage inventory, including the procurement and presentation of diverse jewelry pieces.
- Facilitate the onboarding and training of new team members.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members, promoting continuous improvement.
About You:
The ideal candidate has:
- Previous experience in a managerial or assistant management role within the retail sector.

- Passion for and interest of jewelry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
