Your role as an Assistant Manager Lending Client Services will be responsible for working closely with business stakeholders to deliver timely and optimised customer outcomes for complex debt transactions for the various Specialised Finance Segments. This includes Structured Asset Finance (SAF), Structured Receivable Asset Finance (SRAF), Project and Export Finance (PEF) and Leverage and Acquisition Finance (LAF).  Delivery of outcomes includes being responsible for facility set up, maintenance and ongoing management of lending facilities in core systems such as Loan IQ, Orion, AMBIT, Razor etc.

Role Accountabilities 
As an Assistant Manager Lending Client Services, your accountabilities Include but are not limited to: 

  • Building strong working relationships with business stakeholders to provide superior customer support. 
  • Accurate and timely set up of lending facilities in core systems such as Orion, Loan IQ and AMBIT.
  • Accurate and timely collection of fee and interest income.
  • Accurate and timely completion other assigned tasks.  Whether set up, fee collection or other assigned tasks, you are accountable to ensure workflow tools inclusive of OCP reflect accurately at all times. 
  • Contributing to a collaborative team environment within Lending Client Services and the wider Institutional Operations Australia business.
  • Ensuring self-compliance with all Edge accreditation as well as compliance with documented processes, procedures and policies.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • A proven a fast learner having the ability to learn a wide variety of processes quickly and be able to understand the logic behind different process steps. 
  • Strong numerical, analytical and problem solving skills. 
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong prioritisation skills and ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow through all issues to completion. 

Preferred but not essential:

  • Prior experiences or knowledge of lending facilities 
  • Knowledge of banking systems such as CACHE, Orion and Razor.
  • Loan IQ or AMBIT system experience 
  • Sound knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office suite products especially Excel.
