The role
Reporting to the Senior Manager Northern Melbourne, you will use your skills and experience to support the effective and efficient operational management of our two Northen Melbourne centres located in Greensborough.
As the Assistant Manager, you will help to maintain and motivate the team to deliver high quality professional services and drive continuous improvement initiatives that align with RAV’s strategic direction and meet contractual obligations.
This role will include components of staff performance review and management, general administrative tasks and management responsibilities.
This opportunity is a part-time, permanent position working four (4) days per week. You will be working across our two Greensborough centres in Northern Melbourne.
About you
- Degree in Management, Psychology, Social Work, Social Science or Family Dispute Resolution.
- Several years’ experience as a manager or team leader, delivering strong management support, advice and effective operational management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on developing effective working relationships with a variety of interest groups, individuals, and organisations.
- Sound judgement, problem solving skills to support decision making in all areas of responsibility.
- Ability to contribute to the planning and development of service delivery, developing new areas of practice and innovative strategies.

The base salary is $123k (pro-rata) per annum.
