You will also have the chance to lead a team of professionals and train new employees with a focus on service and memorable guest experiences. You will be exposed to costing, P&L and KPI's as well as ordering stock and stock management and general BOH.

To be considered for this job you will need:
- Experience in a similar management role.
- Strong Experience in food and beverage operation highly desirable
- Be a community focused individual.
- Have a hands on approach to the role and be able to support the floor team in every area
- Must be a team player and not above getting your hands dirty
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Self motivated and able to lead from the front.
- Experience in a fast paced environment and love the rush of a busy service
- Solid financial knowledge is a bonus.
- Work well under pressure and adapts to change.
- Experience across the entire operation including gaming, food and beverage
