About you
You are a Passionate and Inspiring people person, ready to assist in leading the team to success with Integrity and Care. Our customer is our focus, you will set the store precedent with extraordinary customer service, Disciplined retail processes and Entrepreneurial sales.
Your responsibilities include:
- Assist the Store Manager in driving sales with the team to achieve targets and KPI’s
- In conjunction with your Store Manager develop and train the team to increase productivity
- Create a safe working environment for the team and customers
- Daily management of stock to minimize stock loss, and maximise sales
- Implement visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes
Experience Required
- Proven retail experience
- Ability to develop your management skills and lead a small team
- High standards of customer service delivery
- Confident communication skills
- Exhibit enthusiasm and self-motivation
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills
- A spark for electronics to enhance the customer experience
