Snap Fitness is seeking an Assistant Manager who is passionate about all things health and fitness to assist the Managment of the gym alongside our Club Manager and PT staff. This is your chance to really own the growth of this club and drive memberships in a role offering support and training provided. If you have strong industry experience, a passion for growing yourself, workig as part of a team, naturally creative and innovative with your sales skills and love the health and wellness industry then this is the role for you!
As this is a very community-oriented club we are searching for someone with the unique ability to actively engage with members and local businesses plus maintain a commercial mindset throughout their daily tasks. The club offers state-of-the-art facilities, including a full range of free weights, cardio theatre, exclusive functional training area, large group fitness classes and loads more.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a casual position that requires work in the afternon and evening as well as Saturday's) with an immediate start available for the right person.
Duties will include:
- Driving sales through calls and local community engagement
- Innovation and strategic marketing to drive membership growth
- Maintaining gym standards (cleanliness, maintenance, OH&S etc)
- Club administration including reporting
- Owning the social media strategy for the club
ABOUT YOU
To be considered it is essential you have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, be challenged and work to deadlines with accuracy and dilligence. You must enjoy sales, customer service and accountability. This role will enable you to take the step up you are looking for, practice an ownership mindset daily and be rewarded for your efforts. You will have:
- Health and fitness sales and marketing experience preferred
- Strong Customer Service skills
- A love for sales and Admin
- Own car and open licence
- Current First Aid Certificate & CPR
