• Support the store manager and ensure the team is delivering exceptional service and meeting KPIs
• You will coach and develop your team to build the business with commercial and residential clients
• You will manage rosters, budgets, inventory and create visually appealing displays
• Develop your team through recruitment, coaching and training
• Create a high performing team and fun work environment for all
