The role
We are now looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our well-established and successful plumbing branch based in Stawell, Victoria.
This is an opportunity to join our leadership team and have a real impact across the business. With a focus on building strong relationships with your customers and ensuring exceptional leadership skills, developing people, and driving change.
Key tasks
- Managing, leading, and developing a successful team to deliver on business outcomes
- Identifying current and future customer requirements
- Generating new lead initiatives
- Maintaining a high level of service standards
- Stock management, ensuring stock levels for your branch
About you
- Ideally you can demonstrate a can-do attitude with experience and a successful track record in sales in the Plumbing / Building products industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different functional areas
- Ability to interpret and analyse sales data
Experience / Qualifications
- Proven experience within a Plumbing/Building retail business
- 3+ years working in a trade environment
- Strong customer service experience
