They are looking for an inspiring and engaging Assistant Manager to join their Gold Coast Harbourtown Outlet!
The Role |
You will bring your enthusiasm and passion for working in retail, where you'll build, lead and inspire the amazing team at Harbourtown, Gold Coast! You have the ability to develop a client-centric mindset, build a collaborative and positive team culture, and communicate the brand’s vision with your clients.
You will have built your reputation on positive leadership, you approach your role with optimism and a commercial eye, and you understand how important relationships are to success.
The Skillset |
Excellent communication skills and extensive people management skills with the confidence to recruit, mentor and motivate a team.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
Vibrant, energetic, and authentic with a positive attitude.
1 + years Retail Management experience in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lead, develop and manage a team of 10+ staff.
Proven ability in driving sales and achieving KPI'S & budgets.
High personal standards in providing superior customer service.
Provide support to the Store Manager to motivate the sales team, increase store performance, rostering and implementing sales strategies.
