You will be required to
- Run the kitchen in a productive and efficient manner
- Create a highly productive environment
- Keep the highest standard of cleanliness
- Produce high quality food in an appropriate time frame
- Dispute resolution if required
- Opening and closing responsibilities
Must have
- Experience in a fast paced kitchen
- Experience in leadership/supervisory roles
- Experience in reporting to management
- High food quality control standards
- Available to work nights/weekends
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to follow procedure
Pay rate negotiable in line with experience.
