Responsibilities include; overseeing the sales floor, managing inventory, and ensuring an unparalleled customer experience. Collaborating closely with the store manager, you will actively contribute to devising and executing sales strategies while leading a dynamic team to achieve performance targets.Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven track record in retail leadership is an absolute must!
• Strong leadership capabilities, coupled with the ability to motivate and nurture a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience in driving sales and achieving targets.
