Assistant Management Accountant

Our Client is a reputable healthcare provider dedicated to delivering compassionate and high-quality services to our community. We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Management Accountant to join our team on a temporary basis. This position presents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain valuable experience in management accounting within the healthcare industry. As a key member of our finance team, you will contribute to financial analysis, and reporting.The Role
Reporting to the Management Accountant Manager the responsibilities of the role will include,

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities, including variance analysis
• Analyse financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
• Collaborate with departmental managers to monitor and control costs
• Prepare adhoc financial analysis and reports as required
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

About You
The successful applicant will have/be,

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
• Solid understanding of financial principles and accounting concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
