Job Description
Reporting to the Night Manager, you will be responsible for general front office and night audit duties including maintaining guest accounts, posting charges, reconciling payments and generating daily reports. You will assist in the management of the team and ensure the overnight processes run smoothly and the hotel is operating safely overnight.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will be a self-motivated and well-respected leader with a passion for delivering outstanding results for the Hotel. You will also have:Previous experience in a Supervisory or Night Supervisor role, preferably within a luxury environmentAn energetic and proactive approach to providing magnifique serviceA meticulous and methodical approach to processing all tasksAn effective communicatorProficiency with Microsoft Office programs particularly ExcelExperience with a Hotel Property Management System (PMS) preferably Opera.Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a busy fast-paced environmentWorking 11.00pm to 7.00am, five nights per week, you will be required to work weekends and holiday periods on a rotating roster.
