The purpose of this role is to:
Demonstrate responsibility for the operational planning, management and evaluation of designated services and maintenance of professional nursing within Caboolture Hospital Emergency, Kilcoy Hospital, Woodford Corrections Centre and Caboolture & Bribie Island Satellite Hospital Minor Injury & Illness Clinic.
Demonstrate responsibility for the development of designated service improvement portfolios across the Caboolture Hospital Emergency, Kilcoy Hospital, Woodford Corrections Centre and Caboolture & Bribie Island Satellite Hospital Minor Injury & Illness Clinic.
Provide efficient and effective use of human and material resources in a specific area within a dynamic health environment.
