My client is based in South Yarra and is looking for an Assistant OC manager with at least some exposure to the OC industry to manage 12 - 14 buildings. Working from home one to two days a week available after training / Probation
If you are an experienced Residential Property Manager, my client is also open to applications.
About the role:
Managing 12-14 Buildings
working from home one to two days a week after training
Build and maintain strong relationships with your own clients
Attending AGM's & EGM's and prepare meeting minutes
Following-up on issues with clients
Managing Committee issues and resolving disputes
Budget Management
Advising owners on matters of Body Corporate law and procedure
Corresponding with key stakeholders such as owners, contractors, and other 3rd parties
Looking to continue or establish a career in Owners Corporation
Up to $75K + Super depending exp
Candidate Requirements:
Experience in Residential Property Management or Owners Corporation Industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent Relationship building skills
Negotiation & conflict resolution skills
Ability to hold down a portfolio
Friendly personality to be able to work through all issues
Professional communicator
Wanting a long career in Owners Corporation
