Job Title: Assistant Practice Manager
Location: Glenunga Medical Complex

Role Overview: As an Assistant Practice Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical complex. You’ll work closely with the Practice Manager and other team members to manage various aspects of practice functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Motivate and manage staff, ensuring optimal performance.
- Patient Services: Coordinate patient services, including appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and patient inquiries.
- Premises Management: Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the medical center.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, billing, and payroll.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle patient records, documentation, and administrative personnel training.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in a medical practice management role preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and software systems.
