Role Overview: As an Assistant Practice Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical complex. You’ll work closely with the Practice Manager and other team members to manage various aspects of practice functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Staff Management: Motivate and manage staff, ensuring optimal performance.
• Patient Services: Coordinate patient services, including appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and patient inquiries.
• Premises Management: Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the medical center.
• Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, billing, and payroll.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle patient records, documentation, and administrative personnel training.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience in a medical practice management role preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of medical office procedures and software systems.
