Due to company expansion we are looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist with General Practice experience. The role will be working as Assistant to the Practice Manager working between our two practices Reynella Medical Centre and Seaford Heights Medical Centre.
The successful candidate will be a professional and energetic leader who strives for excellence and believes in empowering staff with a continual improvement mindset.
You role will have key areas of work delegated to you by the Practice Manager, such as manage and coordinate various aspects of practice functionality.
To be suitable for this position youMUST:
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Medical Receptionist, experience in general practice is essential
- Ability to work independently, show initiative and work productively within a team environment
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment including excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving
- Punctual and reliable
- High standard of integrity and an excellent work ethic
- Flexibility including ability to cover shifts when required
- Best Practice knowledge desirable but not essential
- Looking for a long term career
The position will initially be casual, working 4 days Monday - Thursday (approx. 32hrs per week) between the two practices. Remuneration is negotiable and is dependent on the successful applicant’s skillset.
