We are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team in Adelaide. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead small engineering consulting projects with guidance from the Senior Project Management Team and assist on medium to large scale projects in various markets including but not limited to Defence, Education, Water, Resources, Power & Energy, Transport and Health. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, with experience coordinating or managing various aspects of the project lifecycle, with a passion to:

  • Work collaboratively with others, demonstrating commitment to achieve group objectives, and understand the needs and goals of others.
  • Use strong interpersonal skills and develop a deep understanding of Jacobs processes, systems, and project delivery tools.
  • Determine and address underlying client needs, confirming satisfaction, and setting up client feedback systems.
  • Form and foster collaborative relationships within the business and externally.
  • Demonstrate resilience and flexibility in approach to work and workloads.
  • Delegate effectively, seeking learning opportunities, and demonstrate commitment to personal and professional development.
