We are looking for a confident and organised Marketing Coordinator to join our sales and marketing team. If you are seeking your next challenge in a hands-on and varied role – this position may be for you!
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, you will be responsible for supporting Australian marketing activities together with Regional Digital Marketing coordination. You will be working closely with sales to manage meetings, events, conferences, trade shows by identifying, assembling, coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules / assignments and coordinating mailing lists. You will be responsible for gathering and analysing market information, supporting with implementing marketing strategies, providing insights and analysis on customers, competitors and industries to assist in formulating business plans, and ensuring a consistent internal and external corporate brand image.
Your new role:
Marketing Coordinator for Australia
- Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy.
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team with relevant activity reports and metrics for measuring program success.
- Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results and consumer trends.
- Support the maintenance and development of internal tools, including a credentials database, tracking capability, global contact directory and intranet sites.
- Digital marketing coordination (routine tasks and campaign tasks below but not limited to) - Mass mailings; LinkedIn: Promotion of services, communication on HR topics; Website maintenance & blog posts; and Google Ad.
- Support the Marketing Director in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analysing sales forecasts, potential customer data, planning and organizing promotional presentations.
- Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows locally by identifying, assembling / coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
- Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed.
Digital Marketing Coordinator for MEA-ASPAC
- Website SEO optimisation support to all countries - On-page optimisation (with Cocolyze) - Optimising webpages to increase ranking in Google search results on target keywords (target: one per month per country).
- Regional blog management aligned with strategic marketing plan - Creating blog articles in collaboration with MEA-ASPAC experts & other regional marketing teams for use in all countries (target: one per month).
- Key regional contact for brand communication - Social media management and Canva designs; and Support to ensure graphical charter is correctly implemented across MEA-ASPAC digital channels.
- Digital support for webinars organization.
- Website leads tracking - Investigating options such as Google Analytics, Hubspot free plan; and Pilot with regional BDM for the MEA-ASPAC website.
- Collaborate with other regions to grow SEO technical knowledge.
- Support for market analyse.
- Perform other duties as directed.
Successful Candidate:
- Tertiary qualification in Bachelor of Marketing or Business Management majoring in Food Science or equivalent (essential).
- Minimum 5 years of working in a Marketing role (desirable).
- Strong knowledge of marketing processes and digital marketing platforms / tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong computer literacy skills (MS office suite) and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
- An ability to influence others.
- Developing business acumen, analytical approach to problem solving, including an ability to translate findings to business relevance.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, planning and organisational skills.
