Our client is Leading the way of decarbonization and growth agenda and developing a portfolio of projects centered on the production of green energy driven products and solutions.
ResponsibilitiesThis role is to support the Chief Product Manager (CPM) and / or Project Manager in the following areas of accountability:
- Project Planning: Produce and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including timeline, budget and resource allocation, for the area of the program you own.
- Team Leadership: Provide day to day leadership, prioritization and task allocation for team members assigned to your work.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks/blockers for your assigned program scope & ensure appropriate ownership & effective controls are in place.
- Communication: Communicate with key stakeholders and team to ensure everyone has a clear understanding of progress.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that your project is delivered in line with internal and external regulatory and compliance obligations.
- Reporting: Produce timely and accurate reporting.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify problems and facilitate the identification and implementation of innovative solutions to them.
Skills & Experience
- Considerable experience & years spent within a similar role, working within the Heavy Industry or a closely related field.
- We are looking for a highly motivated project lead who will be responsible for delivery of small streams of work that contribute to an overall Product Development Program
- Relevant Degree Qualification.
- Demonstrate experience in leading a team.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word and outlook
