Job Description
We currently have a rare and exciting opportunity for a professional Assistant Property Manager to join our friendly and successful MINT Residential team on a full time basis. This position is based in the Sydney CBD, and will be required to work Tuesday - Saturday.
Key Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting open homes and private appointments
• Preparing and conducting periodic inspections
• Processing and approving applications, including reference checking
• Preparing lease agreements
• Prepare advertisements for all rental properties
• Demonstrate available properties to prospective tenants
• Prepare entry inspection reports as required
• Using the Console cloud program and Inspect Real Estate
• Administration of leasing and property handovers

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and experience:

• Current Real Estate Registration
• Minimum 12 months experience working within Real Estate
• Solid knowledge of property management procedures
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work as part of a team but also autonomously
• Excellent and professional communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Availability to work full time hours, Tuesday - Saturday.
